The management of Narimex Praha s.r.o. is firmly committed to building and maintaining long lasting business relationships based on mutual trust and honest business practices. We conduct our business in such a manner so that you can rely on our word as much as people around the world rely on our tools in their mission to save lives. Despite our practices based on these beliefs, we have been forced to implement certain precautionary measures when dealing with new clients’ orders.
Therefore, for the first two orders from our new customers, we require full payment in advance. Should everything go smoothly during these first two orders, we revert to our payment policy for recurring customers, i.e. half the amount is paid in advance and the rest within three weeks after the tools are delivered.
If you are our new client, the whole process of purchasning a tool from us, is as follws: You or your company will order the desired quantity using our ordering form.
Based on your order, you will receive a pro forma invoice from us with our bank information, shipping costs, etc. You or your company will send the required amount to our account. Within two days after we are notified by our bank that your money had arrived, we will ship your tools to the address you specified in your order.

If you are a new customer, your order will be shipped within two days after your payment will arrive to our account. For more information, please click here.
If you are a returning client, we will ship your order within two days after we recieve a notification from our bank, that half the amount due for your order has arrived to our account. You then have three weeks after your order is delivered to pay the rest of the balance.
